Copies in a Flash accepts a wide variety of media types and file formats to accommodate our clients.

Although we recommend using an industry-standard design application when creating your project, we can sometimes make accommodations when non-standard applications are used, such as those intended for home-use or output on non industry-standard printing equipment. A fee may apply for adjusting, setting up, or correcting documents that have not been created in an industry standard format.

Tips for sending files:
• Be sure to scan your files with anti-virus software if possible. Upon receipt, we will thoroughly scan & delete any files found to be infected.

• If possible, use a compression program such as WinZip, WinRar, or Stuffit, to decrease the size of your file. File sizes over 30mb should be brought to our office on an approved physical media. (See "Media types we accept", above).

• If you are unsure about a program or file type, please contact us and we'll be happy to assess the printability of your file, free of chage, and/or make helpful recommendations to ensure the best possible results.
